DOE Emerging Tech Studio 2022 Kicks off with its First Official Launch Event

On March 30, 2022, FedTech kicked off its newest Startup Studio, in collaborations with the Department of Energy and the National Nuclear Security Administration, with the DOE Emerging Tech Studio Launch Event.


In the webinar, Program Leader, Ish Singh, spoke with key figures from the DOE and NNSA about the Startup Studio, the importance of technology transfer, and the exciting experience of joining the 2022 cohort.


Our Guests

Special guests included Jill Hruby, Under Secretary for Nuclear Security and Administrator of the National Nuclear Security Administration; Dr. Njema Frazier, Assistant Deputy Administrator for Strategic Partnership Programs, National Nuclear Security Administration; and Marcos Gonzales Harsha, Principal Deputy Director at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Technology.


Alumni from FedTech’s Startup Studios programs also detailed the program and their experience from lab technology to scaling, including co-founders Bradley Duckworth and Nasuh Onal from Lunano.
