Seeking a founder-level leader with deep expertise in microwave systems, processing, and industrial chemistry to help drive cutting-edge technology forward.
- 5+ years designing & building high-power microwave or RF systems (electronic warfare, sintering, casting, plasma generation, etc.)
- Experience in microwave systems development, test, or manufacturing
- Metallurgical or ceramic expertise is a plus
