FedTech Parent Company Hyperion Technologies Ranks #1,294 on the 2022 Inc. 5000 List

Inc. Magazine today announced their list of the 5,000 fastest growing companies. This is the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States – and Hyperion Technologies, the parent company of FedTech, is excited to announce that we landed a spot as #1,294 of 5,000! We’re also #5 for Arlington and #50 for the state of Virginia.

This news comes at an exciting time in FedTech’s history. FedTech, founded in 2015, has grown 502% in the last 3 years and is continuing on a rapid growth trajectory with new government and corporate clients. Last year, FedTech's growth exceeded 200% as a result of our work across government agencies, federal and national laboratories, universities and the private sector.

We’re proud to join other Virginia-based companies on the Inc. 5000 such as RP Professional Services, Ignite IT, Aptive Resources, Highlight Technologies, and ThinkTek. FedTech is among the top 20% in Virginia in terms of 3-year revenue growth. The 258 Virginia-based companies that made the Inc. 5000 list had a median 3-year growth rate of 192%, created 31,171 new jobs and achieved average annual revenue of $76MM.

FedTech is actively expanding its offerings to generate continuous growth. The company supports multiple federal and national laboratories, including work for DoD, NASA, DoE, NIST, VA, and DHS. FedTech also facilitated the launch of hundreds of new ventures and served multiple Fortune 50 clients, providing technology scouting and assessment solutions. P&G, ICL, BAE and McKinsey are among FedTech’s customers.

All of the companies on the Inc 5000 list demonstrate a remarkable rate of growth. “A strength runs through America's small businesses that defies the forces twisting our economy into such weird knots,” said Eric Hagerman, Special Projects Editor at Inc. Magazine. To remain successful despite a sustained global epidemic, the Inc. 5000 companies needed to be nimble, pragmatic, and innovative.

Founder Ben Solomon reflected on the Inc. 5000 rankings, “We have enjoyed tremendous growth over the past three years resulting from our employees’ hard work, collaborations, and undaunting dedication to customer success. This is an achievement that the entire FedTech team and our partners should be proud of.”

Built by innovators, inventors and entrepreneurs, FedTech’s services activate intrapreneurship, spin out early-stage startups, scale later-stage startups, and harness DeepTech capabilities to meet enterprise needs. FedTech adds value at each stage of the innovation life cycle, providing institutions with expert advice & consulting, education & knowledge, technology assessments and DeepTech community connections.
