Thanksgiving is always a time of introspection for me. It provides an excellent opportunity to reflect on the past year's successes while being forward-focused on opportunities that rapidly approach in the New Year.

At FedTech, we are celebrating our accomplishments in 2021 and ramping up for an extraordinary 2022. We are also taking the time to appreciate all of the customers and partners across the breadth and depth of our ecosystem who make it all possible.

Without a shadow of a doubt, I must first thank and express my profound appreciation for the remarkable group of people who come to work at FedTech and bring value to our customers. Our dedicated teams work tirelessly every day to ensure our brand remains the best in the industry. You are the primary reason FedTech continues to be successful and flourish year after year, and for that, I say Thank You.

In 2021, we saw a continuation of our tremendous growth across our portfolios and offerings, now with nearly 60 partner laboratories powered by our ecosystem. Our commitment to unlocking the benefits of technology for all is made possible because of our deep relationships and collaborations that include the U.S.Army, NSIN, DHS, DOE, NNSA, NASA, DoD, NIST, the VA, national labs, research institutions, and corporations. We grew so much we had to triple our staff to support our operations. It is a great time to be part of Team FedTech as we move into a phase of hyper-growth.

We launched a rebrand that reflects our values of unlocking the benefits of technology for all. By delivering equity of access to all the opportunities that abound through the growing relevance and mainstreaming of deep tech, we are on a mission to empower startups, entrepreneurs, and businesses to embark on their moonshot.

To our customers, we appreciate each and every one of you, and we are thankful that you trusted us to support your needs and be a partner to accomplish your goals. Our team of professionals appreciates your support over the years, and we look forward to many more. I'm often asked, "what sets FedTech apart from the others?" and my answer is, and has always been, that our entire team cares about helping you achieve your goals. They come to work everyday with the dedication and drive to BUILD a better tomorrow for FedTech, our partners, and the world. I couldn't ask for much more.

And as many of us take this time off, Thanksgiving will remind us that no matter our differences or where we come from, we are always one people, part of something much bigger than ourselves. We are part of communities that push forward together. We are neighbors that look out for each other, especially those among us with the very least. We are always, to the core, American.
